She remembers times from before the sun ever shone and before the moon ever rose. She remembers the pain of those times as well. Nyx is young. Young among the elves. Grappling with an oath taken in anger, she enters the deadly First Age. She learns what it means to lose and lose and lose and to see no reason for such loss. When an old friend warns Ruine of a Ring and a rising, she sets off on yet another adventure. For she is burdened by an oath to protect and guard Middle-Earth. Her path, fraught with danger, weaves the tale of a Fellowship and a tale of eight siblings, tying the past and present together into a complex web. Till finally, the truth can come out and she can know peace again. Highest ranking: #1 in legolas A/N: This is my very first story so please let me know if anything goes wrong. I hope this isn't a train wreck. Chapters will likely come at least once a week as of now. I generally try to keep chapters between 1,000 and 2,500 words. Please enjoy!

After renouncing her mind, in order to keep from Sauron's grasp, things become harder. Even after she regains her sanity, it still hangs by a thread. But Legolas will not give up on his eternal love.

Last of the Wolf Walkers, and tenth member of the Fellowship, Ora finds herself on the journey that will either end it all, or start something she'd never imagined. She only hopes, at least out loud, that the idiocy of others won't be the undoing and destruction of the Fellowship. But inwardly, she begins to hope she's on the path to love, and home.

Thenidiel, daughter of Thranduil and sister to Legolas, grew up a princess and soldier, but never left the Kingdom. Perhaps she will have her chance as Legolas travels to Rivendell to hold council about the One Ring.

I remember being the only daughter of a lone mother; I remember her working the day away on several jobs so we could eat and have good clothes and keep our roof over our heads. That's now a bit different. Here I am a second daughter of a married old couple with thick, long braids of hair. It's pretty but excesive in my opinion. Life here is also very different than what I knew before: I've barely seen the sunlight ever since I realized where I was, given that we live underground in a series of interconected galeries. And sooner or later everybody grows a beard - massive, thick, but as well-cared for as they're able. I would bet something on the fact that I was born to dwarves, recalling on my blurry knowledge of several novels I read in my puberty, Salvatore's Trilogy of the Dark Elf my favourite all the way. And judging by that and the low mood around these parts, I would gather that we're poor, almost starving - there's a reason both my parents break their spines working to provide for my older brother and I. It seems like mother is a miner and my father the equivalent of a doctor.
