Backstory: The Legendary wolf who defeat Geese Howard training for a fight or The King of fighters tournament as usual comes cross a mysterious portal leading into a world known as Fatal fury, When he enters the portal as he's walking around in the Fatal fury world looking confused and doesn't know where in the world he is, he meets Yobrolli Bogard the Queen of brolys and her Broly army and he finds out she's a clone of him with his own dna, when he learns about what's going on and about a insane mad scientist Dr.Plotline who plan is to cause more madness into the world and to make the Broly army's quest to restore peace to the world, and find other powerful legendary super saiyans just like Yobrolli bogard a living nightmare, from both the Broly army and their Queen he too agrees to join the fight against Dr.Plotline and her team the Rise to Darkness to put an end to their madness once and for all making him the seventh member of the team.

After realizing that his mother, Marie Heinlein might still be alive, Rock Howard accepts Kain's offer to give information regarding his mother and joins him. Rock has to do different tasks assigned to him by his uncle Kain R. Heinlein. But instead of trying to take over Second Southtown by force like every past leader had done in the past, Kain decides to make the city more peaceful.
