it's kinda like an AU of how i imagine Terry and Korvo COULD'VE met at Shlorp and goes into the point of how it even got to the show solar opposites :) (obviously changing alot of the origin plot since I'm trying to make them fall in love sooner than in the show yk) I'm trying to not keep it thaaat long and most definitely won't do smut, since I've never did that. ___ Also it's my first time in like 3 years to write a ship fanfic soo uhh might be a tad bit noticeable

Half of the population are aliens and the other half are humans. Yes this is going to be like Solar Opposites if it was Pirates of the Caribbean but that's because it's the only pirate story I have for reference. Terry x Korvo (obviously 😏) Terry is a crewless pirating buckaneer. He and his rescued apprentice Jessie travel the seas trying to Robin Hood the shit out of everyone and everything. One day, Terry heard of an endangered creature called "the Pupa" and turns out theres only one of its kind left. Terry and Jessie make it their mission to ensure this creature lives a safe, long life but when they find it in the hands of the Commodore Korvo, they are captured by the Commodore and his apprentice Yumyulack. Now the two must not only survive on the fleet's ship but also find a way to save the Pupa from the mean (yet also strangely attractive) Korvo!

Terry and Korvo come home from a long day at work and have a small conversation.

It's been years since The Solar Opposites crash-landed on Earth and inadvertently made it their home. The motivation to work their way off the planet has slowly dwindled, alongside their ambition to continue the mission. Korvo, with the help of his family, is finally starting to settle into the idea that this is their forever home... at least until it's terraformed. While they wait for the Pupa to do its job, The Solar Opposites cause problems.
