Mob isn't your typical teenage boy in fact he is blessed with great psychic abilities, though he's not really found of it. Lately he hasn't been able to take an specific Esper out of his mind, which is troubling his control over his powers. While Mob experiences this new feelings, his brother, Ritsu, who has gained psychic powers quite recently, is trying to grow stronger so almost every evening he goes out and trains with an acquaintance, but things start changing after a different "training" session.
