Chapter 1: Beginning Let's start from the beginning. Years ago there was a young pop idol knows as Miku Hatsune. She was adored by the public. Everyone loved her music. They practically worshiped her. As her popularity grew so did her thirst for power. Then one day she came across a demon laying on the ground with a banged up wing. She helped this demon who said his name was Youkai. She helped fix the demon's busted wing and then he vowed to help her as repaying her. That's how the demon ended up working for her. Miku explained to him about her thirst for power. The demon told her about someone who may have an idea to help her gain power, Teto Kasane. You see Teto-san is a hybrid. Because of her being hybrid she has connections to the world of demons. Teto-san then vowed to help Miku-dono as well. Because Teto is able to harness the darkest of demon powers she is Miku's right hand man. Teto-san discovered that to increase Miku's power they need to sacrifice humans. So Miku-dono has Youkai and Teto-san doing that. That should bring you up to speed.
