But she was just to depressed to even shed a tear. Because the Kim in the photo was good. Innocent. Not the slutty Kim. Because the Kim in the photo was now just somebody that she used to know.

This is a scene from @TheUJelly's The Girl He Left Behind for the one shot writing contest. It is from Kim's point of view just before her suicide attempt. I decided to write about how Kim felt and what was passing through her head in those final moments. I love @TheUJelly's works and I hope I win this. Kim is a slut, right? That's what everyone says so she must be. After a night of drunken mistakes the aftermath mortifies her. The comments, the names, it all the last straw and at the end of it all she realizes something. No one is bulletproof but she's been shot just way too many times. I take no credit for the cover. I didn't make it. Lastly, please comment, I want to know how I'm doing and how I can improve. Thanks.

Scottie Jackson is haunted everyday by his sister's death. Not only because he was the first to see her broken but because he also found her dead. But what happens when a girl starts showing the same traits and doing the same things his sister did? His first instinct is of course, to save the girl before she ends up like his sister, Morgan -dead.
