Due to a fan incident, Bank faced unprecedented cyberbullying. Pon wanted to comfort him. When he reached the window, he saw Bank speaking to him through the smoke. Bank said, "Pon, I am not gentle at all. That's just my actor's facade. On the contrary, I've been in trouble with the law, fought, got tattoos, and skipped school.
