Life hasn’t been the same since we started YouTube. My best friend Emily and I have always been obsessed with it, and longed to start a channel. It was about three years ago that we actually formed the idea, deciding to create The Midget and the Giant-ish. Everything was perfect; we had a name that played on our height differences, a style of videos in mind and a tech guy, my ex-boyfriend Dan. He filmed videos for us with fancy microphones and cameras and edited it on special software. Our first video was a two part “100 Things about Us” tag, and within a week it had blown up! It was the talk of the school everywhere, from years 7 to 13 and even the staffroom! We had 1000 views within two weeks, and 959 likes! The next few years passed like a whirlwind, with collaboration after collaboration with our YouTube heroes! Now back to the story in hand….
