When a secret lab of the reunited soviet union is revealed, people are horrified about what they found, mutated plants animals and humans. The mutated animals and humans carried diceases and didn't react like they where supposed to, They just wanted to kill. This unleashed a Third World war between the Soviet Union and America. They used Europe as a battlefield which resulted in destruction. After the third world war a lot of diseases that were caried by the mutants are still there, and a lot of people are still dying because of it, they need to find an antidote

Two brilliant scientists create a spectacular serum that grows back an amputated leg or arm and gets kicked out by the Lab's CEO for exposing a confidential information about the serum to an unknown journalist. Months later, the serum becomes the source of a very deadly virus and the company has no choice but to summon back their best scientists, only for the banished individuals to discover that they've got the whole situation totally misread.

SMG4 gets infected by a still unknown disease which leads his body to almost fail, he can't move his body or even grab a thing without feeling in pain. This kept up for almost months until SMG4 just had enough and decided to make an antidote for the disease. Unfortunately, he was a DUMBASS and didn't know how to make the antidote by himself, but he didn't care and did his best. It was hard for him to make it since he couldn't move that much, but luckily he made it. The problem is that when he drinks it, he feels his body even more numb until he collapses and passes out.
