I'm fascinated by The Armorer therefore I wrote this little story.

A group of mandalorians go on DofE. They got lost. (Please don't take this seriously) For those who don't know what DofE is: It's an award in the uk - the main feature of which is an expedition, normally walking, for a few days, carrying everything you need - among volunteering and other elements, to put it simply.

A new short story based on The Mandalorian

This is the what kind of 'The Mandalorian' are you? Whatever the result you get after taking the quiz, it may not be the mandalorian. It could be Grogu. It could be Luke Skywalker. As a huge fan of the first two seasons of the Mandalorian, I found the more recent third season to be lackluster and disappointing for a few important reasons. While I like the focus on Mandalore, the story forgot to focus on Din Djarin and reunited him with Grogu in between seasons, which is both confusing for casual viewers and makes the season two finale null and void. Where the original season three felt directionless at times, this Din Djarin focused season will take place after both rewrites of the Book of Boba Fett and Ahsoka series, however it is not mandatory to read either to understand this season (first two season of Mando OG) The first chapter will take elements of the original BOBF's 'Mando episodes' as well as add a new element at the end, and as a reminder, these chapters will not be very 'fanfiction like' as I have kept as much of the original plot as I can the same while improving what I consider flaws and I give all credit to the original series for most if not all the ideas shown. Lastly, while I like seeing Mando and Grogu together, I think it's important to give characters arcs to grow on, so I hope you enjoy what I have in mind for a third season rewrite, and please share your thoughts as it comes together!
