High school theatre kids AU - this story contains a lot of cursing and slight bullying - The new kid is all everyone is talking about, and Clay isn't a fan of it. The most popular kid in school somehow got pushed away for this weird British kid to be the hot topic of the school newspapers. It put Clay off track with football, and for the first time, he didn't make the team. Clay was frustrated until he saw papers being put up onto the walls, promoting the school's drama class. After thinking about it, he decided to try it out. He was excited to finally be the newspaper topic again, until he saw that stupid new kid was also interested in joining. After weeks of anticipation, the roles were announced. Clay looked at the cast list to see he got the lead, but the love interest was the new kid. After faking and playing the roles the two started to get closer. Was it all just for the show, or was there a spark of love for one another?
