After the second rebellion, Coin does a "final" Hunger Games, this time with the Captiol's Children. The Main Character, Kai Koffey, gets reaped for the Games, and so does his boyfriend. He is noticed by Coin and is immediately deemed a threat. She responds to this by practically revealing his main weapon to the entirety of Panem; The bow and arrow.
