Mako, Bolin and Kai get lost in the tunnels beneath Ba Sing Se trying to escape the Dai Li. When they finally surface again it's to an entirely different city. With the help of the Blue Spirit and the Freedom Fighters they're able to find a way to stay alive in the ancient city. But how are they going to get home? And what will happen to the future now that they've left their mark on the past?

Art cover not mine. The Gaang and others are chosen to be taken to a movie theater by a young watcher who says his name is Nick. He's bored and alone, so he brought them to watch a couple of "movies" that features alternate versions of themselves. Starting with Zuko as the Blue Spirit.

When Katara and the Gaang get separated right after the crystal catacomb tomb in Ba Sing Se, Katara realizes she may not be able to help save the whole world, but she sure can save a few villages.
