The story begins with an Japanese man named Yoruto Nikota. He knew a lot of martial arts, but didn't get any trouble. His job was to steal and sell cars. Sometimes even get lucky and find a Ferarri, or a Bentley. He also had a crew named "Silver Dragons", that was heard In the entire Tokyo.
