Avianna Myers is still struggling to deal with the grief of losing her father, the only hero in her life. But when she finds a bunch of unread letters in her dads attic that leave her puzzled and confused she suddenly realises that her dad has been keeping something from her all these years, but with encouragement from her boyfriend Ben Lowe she sets out to find the truth about the person behind them. However, what Avianna doesn't know is that the place that she goes to is filled with secrets from the past which pose a threat to her life and after bumping into the town's mysterious but charming man she finds herself growing closer and unable to resist the temptation that comes with him.
