The Chicks are trapped in their lawyers office

boy who has just turned 18 is waiting for the bus to pick him up and go to the army camp in california. a girl about 16 is waiting tables at her family's diner in rural arkansas. it only take 2 hours for them to become close. yet with him being in california and her in arkansas the only way to stay in touch was letters.
