Now that Idris, the homeland of the shadowhunters, is locked to keep the Cohort away from everyone else for some years already, the Shadowhunter academy where young shadowhunters used to train can't be used anymore. Because of that Alec and Magnus, together with the rest of the shadowhunter-downworlder-alliance established an academy where both, shadowhunters and downworlders, can go to learn how to fight and use their powers. Everything seems peaceful? Maybe but there's something weird going on in the faerie world. And what about the cohort? They are not known to just accept what others decided.
