It's 1927 when Tina receives a letter from Newt informing her that he will be returning to New York. During his stay, the two learn how to identify their developing feelings for each other, and, more importantly, how to communicate them. As Newt and Tina navigate through a maze of events and hardships together, they begin to glimpse each other's true selves and fall in love. I hope you all enjoy this slow-burn Newtina fanfiction, fellow Potterheads and Fantastic Beasts fans (A/N: as this was written before FBTCOG came out, some events may not be true to the timeline).

This is a sequel to Will You Be My Giver. Please read that story first, or this one won't make any sense. Newt and Tina have just gotten married, and are expecting their first child. They have moved into a house in the UK; it's very close to Newt's mother's house. Queenie is 6 months pregnant with Jacob's baby. This book has been written after CoG, so there are SPOILERS. After Grindelwald's attack, Newt and Tina have been thrown into emotional turmoil and neither one knows what to do. There will be a lot of Newtina fluff. And don't let this description deter you from reading if you're interested, I'm horrible at writing descriptions. I do not use curse words and I do not write smut, so if you aren't comfortable with that (I personally am not) this is ok for you. There will be some minor-ish kissing details. Nothing super graphic. All Harry Potter characters are in this au as well} Sapphire Vander's parents take a job offer that makes them move to England, so... off to Hogwarts she goes! Like any teenager, she's nervous about living in a new country and going to a new school. She'll have to try and adjust to the new classes and new teachers, not to mention trying to make friends! But nothing could have prepared her for falling in love for the first time, especially when the one she falls for is the dueling professor.

HUGE SPOILERS: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them & Fantastic Beasts:The Crimes of Grindelwald This story takes place after the end of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. Credence is taken under the wind of Grindelwald. As Grindelwald mentors Credence into a stronger wizard, he also introduced Credence to friend of his. The two learn together and develop a close friendship that begins to develop into something much more serious.

Newt's travel ban was not in place until after his book was published and he was able to visit Tina in New York before then. They become close, very close, but then, when Newt isn't allowed to leave the country, he is unable to explain the mistake in an article about him. Their relationship falls apart and they don't see each other again until Newt finally tracks Tina down, in Paris. The Fantastic Beasts movies do not belong to me.
