He said it every night before sleep._ *2.Time Travel as Dream-Walking He could only move when he slept. Death was the ticket. Dream was the road. He'd swallow poison at midnight and wake up in 1642 with her name on his lips. The afterlife kept spitting him back because the curse wasn't done with him. *3.symbol of the curse The symbol sat between his left shoulder blade and spine. He couldn't see it. Couldn't reach it. But he knew its shape by heart - a circle of thorns around her name. It was always cold. Ice under skin. Until he slipped through time. Then it burned like she'd pressed her lips to it._ *4. Waiting to Meet Her Again* He counted time in her absence. 300 years. 4 wars. 2 plagues. He memorized the curve of history just to sit beside her on one ordinary Tuesday in 1924. She wouldn't remember him. He'd remember everything._ *5. Wanting the Curse Again* Breaking the curse felt like amputation. The silence where her voice used to live in his head was violent. He'd carve the symbols into his own skin if it meant hearing her laugh inside his skull again. Love wasn't the prison. Freedom was._ *6. Her Description - Soft + Dangerous* She looked like spring: cherry-blossom hair, dawn-colored eyes. But her shadow moved wrong. It reached for him when she slept. She was the kind of gentle that could end empires without raising her voice._ *7. The Moment They Meet Again* She didn't know him. Of course she didn't. But her fingers stilled on the teacup when he walked in. Like her soul recognized the ghost before her eyes did. The curse was already singing in his blood again.

There was many stories surrounding the house, the one at the end of Tyler Street. It loomed higher than the other houses, and no matter what they did the tree's stayed dead. Devin told himself that he will try to protect his friends and family, Michael is the only one he has in the family (sadly! :< ) while his friends were very important to him like Michael. Eden knows about the promises that devin had made For himself, tbh eden is not very evil but he is also not the nice person to have a conversation. Devin also kept his feelings away from Ritchie, he didn't want him to get hurt, so he must kept his feelings a secret and away.
