Albus Severus Potter is nearing the end of his fifth year at Hogwarts. As March turns to April, Albus is struck with the reality that he has fallen in love with his best friend, the infamous Scorpius Malfoy. Before long, the two are swept up in a romance unlike any that Hogwarts has ever seen, but there is trouble in the Malfoy family. Scorpius is deeply worried about his father, Draco, who has become very depressed, and questions whether he should leave his education behind to be with his dad. Soon, the boys find themselves relying on each other to get through the hardest of times in a summer they will never forget. This is a Harry Potter and the Cursed Child fanfiction. The majority of these characters belong to J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany, and Jack Thorne. A few of these characters are of my own creation. The universe in which this story takes place belongs to J.K. This story takes place in Albus and Scorpius' fifth year at Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft. With O.W.Ls just around the corner, how do the duo cope with romance, hardship and dark forces penetrating the walls of Hogwarts?

Hannah Malfoy was born with special gifts. She could do magic with her mind and she didn't even need a wand. She also could shift into any animal she pleases. Her father, Draco Malfoy, finally lets her attend Hogwarts with her brothers during what would have been her fifth year. There, she has to hide her secret but when a boy named James Potter figures her out, she has to be his personal slave for the rest of the school year. While she has to tend to James's needs, she also has to stop her cousin from destroying the world by changing time. How will she save mankind? What secrets will be exposed during her journey?

Some are inserted for this fanfiction, but others, like Talia and her family are my own. The characters that aren't mine belong to JK Rowling in her Harry Potter series. I found an old oneshot fanfic I wrote the day after finishing reading the script for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. In canon time this is in the alternative universe where Ron and Hermione die in each other's arms. Where they die kissing, know that in another life, they have a family.... A little insight of what happened in those last moments of life... A goodbye to some would-have-been's.

When reading the original Harry Potter series there were several things, as an American, I was very confused on several points. Why do British wizards use quills? Do all wizards wear robes? How are British and American wizarding societies different? These questions, and more are explored from the perspective of Max Wyllie, a young American wizard who, as part of an international foreign exchange program is transported to Hogwarts, the castle we all know and love. Max is gifted in the ways of wizard dueling but struggles with many of the other classes that Hogwarts students may find "standard," causing Max to question his American upbringing. Max desires nothing more than to prove his ability as a wizard and show the students at Hogwarts what it means to hold a wand. Some more mature themes will be incorporated.
