A small summary of how object shows came to be, alongside the history of a few tropes and subgenres of these shows! (Note that there are no terms to describe some of the things I mentioned within this, and because of this, I had to coin some terms!) This was an essay I wrote for my art class final (to put it simply, We had to summarize the history of an art form as well as make something in that art form, and I chose object shows).
