A book of darkness

After (18 year old) Mia's father dies, her mother gets a letter, stating that he owned a mansion in Wolves Creek. A city, neither her or her sibling have ever heard of. When they go there, to move in. Scary events start taking place. The attic door is left open, after Mia made sure to close it. She hears her closet door creek open. Mia's brother (Jay) says he heard foot steps outside his door, even though no one was awake. Sophia, her sister, says she felt movement under her bed. They decide to figure out what has been terrorizing them the past few weeks. Esmeray has always been afraid of the dark. Her mother would help her cope with her fear when she was little. Thing is, her mother left, leaving her with her cruel father. The dark is a mysterious thing, and Esmeray doesn't even know why she's so scared of it. She doesn't want to be scared of it anymore, now being a Senior in High School, but she doesn't know how to come to terms with her own worst fear.

(Previously The Darkness) When I closed my eyes at that time, I felt scared and worried... I became drifted into the dark, and couldn't hear anything but cries sobbing for me...
