Takes place after Queen of Air and Darkness, so spoiler warning. Kit lives with Jem, Tessa, and the soon to come baby. The Blackthorns are happy at the Los Angeles Institute. All except for Ty. What will the Blackthorns do under constant worry and threat? Will Faeries ever be trust again? Will Kit ever return?

Along with the case of the love-struck parabatai, there is a new matter at hand: the appearance of the new Shadowhunter, the long-lost Christopher Herondale. Christopher, or Kit, as he prefers to be called, is a sarcastic, rash boy - much like his cousin Jace. Although he doesn't want to accept it, his life is changing, his feelings are growing, and his heart is opening.

Welcome to a world that is just beyond your vision: A world where vampires and werewolves walk the city streets, where Faeries dance in the moonlight and warlocks (literally) throw sparks under the cover of darkness. And the Shadowhunters battle demons and rule over it all--or at least, they like to think they do. It's been two years since Sebastian Morgenstern and the war that brought the Shadowhunters to their knees. Sixteen-year-old Tara Sangclaire is content to spend her days bickering her big sister, growing into her parents' big footsteps, and slaying demons with her parabatai, Cole. That is, until strange markings start to appear carved into the ground along the east coast, leaving all Shadowhunters once again on guard against something they don't understand. Faith is tested, alliances questioned. Love is a dangerous thing when the people you give your heart to all have daggers in their belts.

After the horrible events in the Clave-Fave meeting, resulting in the death of Alec Lightwood's father, Robert, and Annabel Blackthorn's terrible actions on a member of her own blood-kin, Julian Blackthorn and Emma Carstairs take to their heels after the Lord of Shadows and Annabel, bent solely on her capture. Drusilla Blackthorn and Cristina Rosales have no idea where to find Jaime, but Drusilla's secret is something that will damn Livia, or revive her. Diego Rosales is white-hot, killing-rage, and icy, icy determination combined, and Zara and Horace Dearborn shall soon learn the consequence of making a Rosales dance in their farce of a tune. Tiberius Blackthorn and Christopher Herondale are now more determined then ever to take the Unseelie King down, by themselves, if so necessary, and the Angel damn the Clave, the Consul, and whoever might dare to stop the Last Herondale, and the twin of Livia Blackthorn. Octavian Blackthorn is only seven. But he is a Blackthorn, and Mark is more Blackthorn than Faerie than he has has cause to be. They are Shadowhunters. More importantly, they are Blackthorns, and Cristina, Diego, and Emma have love, loyalty, and life spent with them. And they have none to spare on the Clave, the Conclave, the Council, but just perhaps a shard, for the Consul, mother of Helen Blackthorn's wife, and so Blackthorn loyalty extends to both Aline and Jia Penhallow. Sed lex, dura lex, but now, Helen, Aline, Mark, Julian, Drusilla, Tiberius, and Octavian will follow their words, and Livia will not forget Malla Lex, Nulla Lex as their fight to stay together passes their own mortality, and surpasses any effort to lay them claim of the Clave. Love is stronger than Law, and the Blackthorn's will tear Heaven itself apart for their final peice, their missing soul. And Livia fights to remain, secure and solid in her love and her faith in her family. She is a Blackthorn. She will care none for a bad Law, and less of a good one, and will return.

Emma and Mark have both found peace in their Lives. Emma, Living with Julian at Blackthorn hall in London, the two engaged, and Mark, with Christina and Kieran in both Faerie at the "Polyamorous Cottage" and partial residency at the New York Institute with Clary, Jace, Magnus Alec, Simon and Izzy. When Mark and Christina are in town with Emma and Julian, Emma and Mark reminice over dinner before being accosted by a dmeon, when the two wake up, they find they are in Los Angeles, less than a year before Mark returned home, with no Christina in sight.

***SPOILERS FOR QOAAD AND GOTSM*** Clary is missing. A centurion has been requested to take care of the problem, and Tessa, as a personal favor, has volunteered her adoptive son as well. Dru, cleverly escaping babysitting duty, volunteers as well, as an excuse to see her brother. This would all be totally fine. Three years ago, it was totally fine. Except Kit still isn't over Ty, and Ty isn't over Kit yet either (not that he knows there's anything to be over). Canon compliant.

Jemma/Blackstairs au - An alternate universe where after Emma and Julian turned into giants their parabatai bond didn't vanish. All characters are from Cassie Clare's The dark Artifices.

A bunch of Shadowhunters one shots and AU's! Stories about many characters in the Shadowhunters Chronicles. TV show and book characters confounded, anyways my stories don't really concord with the canon storylines.
