Historias de Thedas

Random one shots of my OC and her relationship with our favorite Commander of the Inquisition. Most will just be short little stories in no specific timeline.

Many DAI fanfictions are retellings of the Inquisitor's experience. This is not that. I borrow the Dragon Age Inquisition setting to tell you a story about destiny, identity, betrayal, and love. Meet Maeva, a young elven woman from lots of places, an old friend of Varric's from her time in Kirkwall. He recruits her and thus she witnesses the Inquisition and lives at Skyhold during the main events of DAI. She meets and observes all the characters and dips in on some canon stories, with focus on Lavellan and Solas, and others to varying degrees of non-canon facets. Meanwhile Maeva is going through some odd changes, such as strange dreams that begin to control her during unconscious hours. Mystery and adventure, both about the Inquisition members as well as her own origin, beg her attention. This story continues past DAI, seeking truth for Maeva and closure for Lavellan, and hopefully resolving some of the issues the game left in its wake (like my broken heart).

Halam'shivanas - the sweet sacrifice of duty. All her life, Ellana of Clan Lavellan has been bound by her duty as First, the eventual Keeper of her clan. A mage in a world which fears her as much as it reveres her, she's felt separate from everyone in her clan except her twin brother, Mahanon. When Mahanon goes to spy on the Mage-Templar Conclave, she knows something will go wrong, and it does. The Conclave is destroyed, and everyone is killed. Except her brother. Mahanon is called the Herald of Andraste, and celebrated by the humans. Ellana can't leave her brother alone, and so joins him in the Inquisition, where she meets a strange elf - Solas. Intrigued by this apostate, Ellana is drawn to him, an elf of no Dalish clan but with knowledge that is explained only by his journeys in the Fade. As she and Solas become more intertwined, Ellana must deal with the Inquisition, and the forces seeking to destroy it - and her brother.

Two Wardens, a witch, an assassin, a sword, a Lay sister, a statue, a drunk, the living dead, and one smart puppy take on a continent infested with corrupt darkspawn in order to save the world and stop the Blight. *Disclaimer- even though I really wish it was true, I do not own Dragon Age. Only my oc Eloriel (and possibly other original characters in the future). Excuse the poor writing while I rewrite it from a new perspective. -.-

A fanfiction, based on the game Dragon Age: Origins, following Ferelden's sole Grey Warden Alistair in the aftermath of Thedas' Fifth Blight and the slaying of the tainted god Urthemiel.

One morning a man instead of waking up in his own bed woke up near the village of Lothering from his favorite Dragon Age game series a few years before the Fifth Blight, he also became a mage and has a special system that helps him survive. The spirits call him an anomaly, a man from beyond the Fade, the demons are afraid of him, and he will go down in history as a Champion, Hero, Savior and of course Mysterious Outlander. When he found out that it wasn't a dream, he decided to save as many people as possible. Canon? Screw it! The death of people who should survive and die? Not on my watch! I'll save Thedas ! Through Origins to Awakening, to some events from Dragon Age II to Inqusition. That's his story!

The Blight has ended. The Breach is sealed. The mages and templars are at a standstill, waiting on bated breath for the newly crowned Divine Victoria to exact her decree. For the first time in twelve years, Thedas is quiet, but the heroes that have rose from its strife and war know all too well that the only calm Thedas is associated with is that of before a storm. When a mage queen powered by revenge embarks on a rebellion to pluck the last string tethering the mages to an ancient oppression, Thedas is once more torn asunder. Standing upon the precipice of change, the leaders of the world are forced into a choice - fight this change with every fiber of their being, or leap into the abyss?

A collection of extra scenes that would've, could've, should've been in Dragon Age, whether it be Origins, 2, or Inquisition. Occasionally there may be a story weaved through, but generally the scenes will be unrelated. So, basically, one shots.

Dragon Age: The Lost Ones tells the tale of Nelis and Dustin during their investigation of the missing people in the remote mountain village of Pistyll. Both fledglings in their respective roles - Nelis having just recently completing his Harrowing and Dustin having just become a Templar himself - the two must set aside their differences if they are to succeed in finding the lost.

Thedas has been saved on a number of occasions; from the threat of the Darkspawn to Qunari invading cities and even rifts appearing throughout the land, to transfers demons. Here is the stories of four different people and their difficult trails to save the world they love.

He rescued Thedas only to be thrown into War with his former lover, Fen'Harel. In their final battle he is snapped under the jaws of The Wolf. It should be the end. He should be dead, resting forevermore, but no he is dragged from the deepest depths of the Void and brought back to the moment his Tale as The Herald began. He must navigate through his past, learn to live in the present and change the course of the future. How will he do it? What surprises await him? What will change?

With the Archdemon dead, the Darkspawn should have retreated back to the Deep Roads. But something odd is at work around Amaranthine, the new stronghold of the Grey Wardens. As the new Commander of the Grey, Realin Mahariel-Theirin must rebuild the Order and investigate the Darkspawn activity all while thwarting conspiracies and surviving a new world she knows nothing of: The cutthroat world of the human nobility. But when she discovers the source of the Darkspawn activity, Realin finds herself questioning all that she knows of the Order and the Darkspawn in the face of a new threat to the world. After saving the city from blood mages and Knight-Commander Meredith, Hawke was chosen to be Viscountess of Kirkwall. She had lived alongside Fenris and her companions for the past year, but now the templars have been starting riots outside the keep. Could red lyrium be the cause of all this, or some greater force? The Grey Wardens could have the answer.
