In the year 2099, Detroit has transformed into a sprawling metropolis of towering skyscrapers, neon lights, and advanced technology. Amidst the glittering facade lies a darker reality, where a new class of humans known as "Deviants" has emerged. The Deviants evoke fear within humans, who think that the Deviants will create a new world without them. The humans wipe out the mutants - most of them. The Deviants that are left are split into two groups; those who want to kill the humans and those who want to make peace with them. The Deviants begin turning against each other, causing a war that will destroy the world.

In this post apocalyptic society, everybody is trying to get themselves together after the virus. The Redeemers are trying to bring society back and help it flourish again, but one thing is stopping them, the Reapers who plan on killing off society because of their beliefs. But the lead Reaper is beautiful, and she can't help it.

This is a story of a 17 year old boy name Zane who lives in a world where he is descrimanted because he was born. And to top it off, he is a deviant or another word...mutant.
