Joe has kept a close eye on is peculiar neighbor for the last three years. No one goes in or out apart from the strange dark-eyed old man who resides in the home across the street that doesn't appear to be fit to live in. Until... a family pay the old man a visit and Joe get suspicious so calls his friends for advice.
