#theduffcontest "I was the bad stench in the air that everyone suddenly loved to consume. But why? What was the fascination with me? Why was I, Jules Heifer, the most mundane and ordinary person in the world worth the time and effort?"

Casey was never noticed during elementry school. Since her father died during a battle in the middle east, her life had been going downhill. She was always teased and picked on by her classmates about her weight. Her confidence has been stripped down by bullies and her dignity is wavering. With the help of her best friends and family, Casey will attempt to defeat and kill her new appointed school status as, a DUFF. #TheDUFFContest I'm taking the #nomorebullying challenge. Not like I've ever bullied before but I'm doing it anyways. I think that bullying is wrong and that people need to become more aware that bullying does exist. I added an element of bullying in my book, but hopefully you like it and will take something from these situations. Stay strong and take the challenge Highest Ranking: #410

Nicole is an average girl, she goes to school, she has friends, she has caring parents, but she doesn't have a label. She doesn't fit in with the jocks, gamers, rockers, fashionistas, not even the nerds. She believes that she doesn't belong anywhere because she's a loser and that no one likes her. Her crush Dylan, loves everything about her, but he doesn't know how to tell her. Nicole's brother Nathan, wants to tell her that Dylan likes her but Dylan doesn't think that she likes him back. Nicole wants to fit in but she doesn't know what she can do to get her a label. Will she be able to find a label? Since Nathan is the secret keeper will he be able to keep Dylan and Nicole's secrets? Will Dylan and Nicole reveal their feelings for each other? Inspired by The DUFF, and also a real story. (First Story)

***FOR THE DUFF CONTEST*** The cliches in high school is nothing compared to the reality. The different people are all wearing masks to hide their true selves. Lexi is a nerd, artist, and writer living in an egotistical world full of cliches. She doesn't fit into the world that is claimed high school. One night, there is a masquerade dance party for the school, and Lexi is not feeling up to it. But forced into going, Lexi goes and meets a guy who is so interesting and finally notices her. After everything is set done, Lexi is worried that whoever she was dancing with really wants to see her. But what if they find out who she really is? Especially when that person is Chase, the high school jock! Will Lexi get over her insecurities and finally have love in her life? Or will the cliche of her being a nerd get in the way?

#TheDuffMovie I'm simply a teenage girl. Teenage girls are trivial, but at least I'll admit it. When you're about to enter high school, labels matter; well, at least they seem to, but then you realize that having a label is like having a wound, if you're not popular. If you just get past the pain you feel from having it, it's like it doesn't exist, and soon, no one will see it when they look at you. But if you let it hurt you, everyone will see it because you'll make it obvious that it's there. Maybe it's time that I, Lillian Jones, show the popular kids what it's like to have a big, gaping wound.

When stereotypes run amok, it is the individual's responsibilities to step up from the sidelines, to quit being a bystander, and to break the chains.

Everyone struggles to fit in, in high school. They think that they have to be like the others, to feel normal. Everyone has their clique. The jocks, the band geeks, the cheerleaders, emos, goths. But I've been in high school for 2 years now. I still don't know what mine is. Do I have one at all? Or do I have to stand alone?

Casey (Deuce) Calloway plans to enter her high school's annual talent show with her band Everlasting Heart Break but when Mary-Anne Thomas and her clique decide to join in as well, things go off on the wrong foot. Suddenly, one tweet caused the entire student body to begin tormenting her with harmful phrases like "Goth Girl" and "Emotional Freak". Can she and her friends reign victorious in a harsh competitions or will the bullying get the best of the situation?
