This is a story about Maxon and America, but a little twisted. They live in our world and have been friends since they were kids. And when something happens that changes everything, how strong are their love and friendship than for each other?

During the Selection, America is pregnant with Maxon's child. Just as Maxon announces his future wife, rebels fire into the castle. America is a victim to the bullets and Maxon is unaware of America's condition.

Erika Carpenter lives the simple life of a farm girl in the heart of Kent. Though the castes have been abolished, her family still sees its effects. Erika enters the selection, hoping to save her family's farm, and possibly find love. To her surprise, she is selected and whisked into a world of gowns, parties, and a fairytale life. I have always have this with me that, as individuals created by the image and the glory of God, we must by all means know God personally for our lives. This helps us to chance upon his grace without consulting any medium or media or create any third party. As a matter of fact, God himself wants us to know him for ourselves. In this way his will concerning our lives become fruitful. Instances where we can have God to ourselves and for ourselves is to begin to get closer to him, sit him down and have a chit chat about you. How you want your life to be monitored and mentored by him. Letting him aware of what you want will pave way for his will for you to come true. I love God personally and would wish that people will always crave for his indulgence in our lives. I sometimes become weary when people especially this generation ours have the audacity to question the existence of this Supreme God and how life treats them amidst these unfortunate wordings from them. Then looking at how some of us who genuinely in our innermost and outermost love God struggle to make a life meaningful for ourselves. It is life wrecking to be in shambles but what I know is that God is faithful. His love is steadfast, his mercies endures forever, they are new every morning, great is thy faithfulness. He is the God who never sleeps nor slumbers. His ways are indeed not our ways. His perfect will be us is to live under his care. I know he will take care of us. Knowing God for the times past and now is worth knowing him for. He is ever ready to accept us, bringing us back to him. I have several encounters with him especially in my dreams where he has never rejected or forsaken me. People doubt this God and I become dumb like "how". Jesus Christ is worth knowing for. He is good, he is perfect, he saves, he delivers. All times he comes through for me and he makes Sure. Truly I say to myself that no matter the situation I will ever found myself, my love for him will forever be YES. He is enough.

Remember America and Maxon talking in The One and America told him that if he wasn't a prince, he'd be a Five? Well this story is based on what would've happened if America and Maxon were both Fives in Carolina...well below is the actual summary :) ----- Once a week, they’d run up to her tree house in the dark, lurking hours after curfew. There, they’d stay in each others’ embrace for the longevity of darkness until the first glimmer of light shined mournfully through the trees. Aspen and America would part, never telling anyone, only enjoying the sweet passion blossoming in their sanctuary, their tree house. There was only a glitch in their arrangement. The glitch, however, was like algebra; make one mistake and everything is screwed up. ----- She could see the entire dancefloor. Her fingers gracefully tapped on each key, holding the key for the precise amount of time and quickly transitioning to the next in a beautiful composure. Some people were watching the newlywed couple stiffly move across the dancefloor, but others were observing the cherubic pianist play the piano. However, in the guests’ eyes, the angel soon morphed into a devil. 

There was never a rebel attack. Maxon chose Kris over America. They did the deed that night. America has chosen to live on the house that Maxon bought. It wasn't long before she found out that she was carrying Maxon's children. Suprisingly, the Elite was called back to the palace not long after Maxon's choosing of Kris. A secret was revealed that Maxon wasn't the heir to the throne but a brother of his from his father's affair. That brother had chosen to hold a selection for his queen with the four elite members; Natalie, America, Celeste, and Elise. Would America find herself attach to Maxon over again or with his brother?
