These are a few poems that describes emotions like nervousness, anger, boredom etc. This work was made for people to understand that they aren't alone with these unruly and irrational emotions. Feelings are something that you have no control over, so feeling these emotions are normal you just have to enjoy it. To me no feelings are negative, it just is what it is.
