He wasn't supposed to graduate with a seven-year-old in tow who honestly spent way too much time with Steven Grant Rogers because she rarely listened to a thing he said. He shouldn't have been allowed to bring her to Europe with him, where she spent the next two years on base, following Peggy Carter around the base like a lost puppy, but once again, he was out of options. And last of all, he wasn't supposed to outlive her. Josephine should've stayed on base with Peggy, she should've done her schoolwork or played with one of her dolls. She should have listened when her brother told her to stay put, that she couldn't ride in the truck this time.
