Phil had been making YouTube videos in his parents' house with an active MySpace account since the beginning of High School. It was his secret passion and YouTube was the only place he thought he could express himself. At school, sure, Phil had friends but no one he could get close too. Nobody wanted to get close to the homosexual, socially awkward vlogger.Of course a good looking, funny, brilliant new boy has to show up. Of course he has to meet 2 amazing dudes new in Starbucks. Of course, there had to be many, many adventures, relationships, arguments, make ups and last minute sleep overs between them. Of course there had to be a Fantastic Foursome.

Phil isn't your conventional hero, hell, in most stories he'd be the villain; but when a distraught Dan Howell needed a savior, he was there.
