Thomas is finally safe, and things are finally starting to look good for him, he has Brenda and Minho, but although he's made more friends, nobody could replace Teresa or especially Newt for him. But in the new, mysterious world the survivors lived in, could miracles happen? Is Newt out there, looking for them? And is Teresa with him? Sequel to "WICKED games" and based off the Scorch Trials movie. (Y/N) and the other Gladers escaped the Maze, learned of the organisation WICKED and their hunt for a cure to the Flare, a virus that attacks the brain, turning humans into Zombie-like Cranks. They were rescued by another organisation, headed by A.D. Janson who promises safety in exchange for cooperation. But (Y/N) doesn't trust him, and after a mysterious reference to her mother, she does some investigating on her own.

A 20 year old girl caught the attention of Ava Paige, the creator of WCKED. She offered the young girl a job with them. The girl agreed and started working as a scientist. Ava Paige hopes that the blonde haired girl was the answer in finding the cure. What if A.D Janson became interested in the girl? What will Ava do when she finds out?

What if Thomas wasn't the only Greenie that came into the Glade that day? What if Teresa wasn't the first girl in the Glade? How could one person affect the story? Would she be the reason everything changed in the End?
