The night the Particle Accelerator exploded was a terrible one. Dozens of people were killed and even more were injured. Some, however, were affected in a totally different way. Some became metahumans. And one of those special few was Danika Rhodes. Dani is a 24-year-old art curator living in Central City; close to her family. She lived a normal and happy life before the Particle Accelerator exploded. When the wave of dark matter hit her, the energy stopped then restarted her heart. Now Dani is a metahuman trying to find her new role in the city she's known her whole life.

23 year old, Isabella Sanchez moved back to Central City, 10-11 months after the particle explosion. And when she meets a certain Barry Allen her life changes. Barry Allen and Aurora Allen had normal lives, up until the particle accelerator explosion. Or, well, their lives were normal-ish before the accelerator explosion, but the truth is their lives haven't been normal since Barry was 11, and Aurora was 13. One night, after Aurora and Barry were put to sleep, something came into their house, like a tornado of lightning. In the lighting there was a blur, and inside that blur was a man, in a yellow suit. The Reverse-Flash. And it was this Reverse-Flash that destroyed their normal life straight from their childhood, by killing their mother. Killing their mother, and sending their father to prison for it, for the crime he didn't commit. Now, in the present day, the two live with Joe, Astrid and Iris West. Barry works with CCPD as a Crime Scene Investigator and Aurora as a Crime Scene Photographer. The two of them also work together to find the impossible. And, when they become the impossible, that becomes easier. The particle accelerator, when it explodes, Barry Allen is given superspeed, and Aurora Allen is given the ability to slow time down, or rather manipulate it. With these abilities, they hunt down the man who killed their mother, and framed their father. They become The Flash and Velora, the Time Witch. However, they weren't the only ones affected by the Particle Accelerator. Penelope Soraya a Biochemist as S.T.A.R. Labs, she was given the ability to manipulate the memory of others. She becomes the hero known as Memory. Luther Cross was given the power of Decay, the Angel of Decay. He becomes the hero known as Blight. However, because of what his powers took from him, he is reluctant to the change. Will this team work? And can they stop the man in yellow, the Reverse-Flash together?

Barry has been stuck In the speed force for six months. and during those six months. Cisco and Iris has taken charge of Team Flash. and must protect Central City. a powerful armoured villain threatens to level the city, while Cisco get Sarah to decides to get Barry out of the speed force and come up with a plan stop Samurai. The flash meets a powerful woman whose abilities could help him in his battle with DeVoe; after learning that DeVoe is targeting everyone who was on the bus.

Barry has been doing a pretty good job of hiding his alter ego (sebastian) from his friends and family. Infact he had never even mentioned Ohio once. But as Sebastians thoughts get louder and he's invited to a Warbler and New direction reunion things get a bit more tricky. (Sorry if the glee part is a bit inaccurate I haven't watched it)

Excited and bewildered by this newfound power, Leo realised that he could mimic and replicate other meta-humans' abilities, but only for a short period of time.

Kara Danvers is looking for a new apartment and Barry Allen is looking for a new roommate. Trouble happens as they both try and keep their identities a secret. Basically my take on the "A superhero story where the villain and the superhero are roommates and they keep making excuses to each other about why they are out all the time and they stitch each other up after battles but neither has any idea the other is their nemesis and they keep having to lie to each other about why they are covered in bruises.
