It's absolutely clear from the New Testament that without the *death* of Christ the Law is still in effect. Given that Christ will appear "once at the consummation of the ages" to *die* for sin (Heb. 9.26b), the day of Christ's sacrifice and atoning death will transpire in "the fullness of time" (Gal 4.4; Eph. 1.9-10)! Therefore, if Jesus hasn't died yet, then he, too, is "born under the law."

Kittim's eschatology is a view in biblical studies that interprets the story of Jesus in exclusively eschatological terms. This unique approach was developed by Eli of Kittim, especially in his 2013 work, The Little Book of Revelation.
