Maximum Ride is about to set out on the experience of a lifetime: high school. Max thinks she's all in it alone at her new school when a group of students take her under their wings. Literally, saying that this school is strictly bird-kids only. Max and her new flock, as they call themselves, must figure out how to navigate high school, relationships and fathers coming back from the dead and try not to make too many enemies along the way.

Me and @divergent_rachel found the most hilarious story on a fanfic website, and since the author stopped writing at #70, we're going to finish it. This book is the sequel to Wings Prep, so if you haven't already, I'd suggest reading that first. ------------------------------------- Summer's over and a new school year has begun. Her job requires her to protect and rebuild a new world that will consist of mutants. Most of the humans have died off, or are dying. Max has to deal with a lot of hardships when being "Queen" (or as she calls it, "World Dictator"). This is the story after Nevermore.
