"Are the Ghost Council/McGee's the same as in the show or are they different?": The McGee's taking the role as the ghost council and vice versa are different from their normal counterparts. The McGee Council are not related, which was a deliberate choice. Since they're not family I imagine their trauma never really healed since they couldn't bounce joy off of each other. But in the case of the Ghost McGee's, they are related. So any potential trauma's healed/didn't occur (Alister is the clearest example of lack of trauma, Pete would be the clearest example of trauma-ed). "Does the Chairman as Scratch, and vice versa, talk?": For this fic, ghost Chairman will, but in the technical workings of the AU I am not actually sure. On one hand you can't really have the same vibe from the Chairman if he did talk, but on the other it's a struggle to have a character that's basically mute take the place of a very talkative and vocal character. For Scratch, for the fic he will not, but in the workings of the AU he it is also unclear.

(I don't own the Ghost and Molly Mcgee, it's characters or songs. And don't worry, nobody gets seriously harmed in the story, people just get frightened. Slight friendship-fluff ahead, nothing romantic however.) (We all know that Scratch the Ghost LOVES food, sometimes to a point where he becomes almost blob-like when he stuffs himself a bit too much. The idea for the story comes from that very love for food. Please note. This fanfiction was written in post season 1 and pre season 2 of TGAMM.) Molly Mgcee knows that her best friend, Scratch the Ghost, loves food to no end! Even though ghosts don't have to eat, Scratch would never turn down a meal, especially if it's Grandma Nin's cooking. A problem arises however, when Scratch accidentally swallows a slime-like substance! Afterwards, Scratch begins to feel increasingly hungry, like alot more than usual! The problem with this? Whenever he eats, his ectoplasm increases, causing Scratch to grow! And he can't seem to stop eating! Combine this with the fact that Scratch is a ghost and can phase through any wall or building; and you've got a ghostly blob in your town! Not a single speck of food is safe in Brighton! It's up to Scratch's best friend Molly to turn Scratch back to normal before Scratch becomes known as the world's first "Ghost Blob!"

The name of the ghost was Scratch, and his best friend's name was Molly. Molly Mcgee. Regardless of the curse being broken, Molly feels inclined to celebrate the anniversary of meeting her bestie for all eternity. And she's determined to make it a day that she and Scratch will never forget! What could possibly go wrong on such a grand occasion?
