As new students and heroes arrive, the academy faces a hidden danger that threatens not just the school-but the fabric of magic itself. Aurora (Eternity), cosmic anchor and headmistress, exits the storyline temporarily, summoned by the TVA for an urgent and unexplained mission. In her place, her cosmic twin Larentia (Infinity) steps up to lead the academy, taking over as headmistress and mentor. Among the new arrivals is Claire Nuñez, a gifted young sorceress unknowingly caught in the web of darkness. She begins secretly speaking to Morgan Le Fey through an ancient haunted mirror, unaware she's being groomed as a vessel for the sorceress's return to power. Morgan emerges as the main antagonist of the story-manipulating Claire while hiding behind illusions and shadow. As darkness creeps through the school, the storyline takes a dramatic turn mid-arc with the return of Madelyn Pryor (formerly the Goblin Queen).
