That is where she meets David, a pale skinned, red and blonde highlight haired Englishman whom she is very familiar with. However, she is nowhere near a fan of his and could honestly care less about him, until she gets to know him. As the two become closer, a major obstacle threatens to tear them apart. Without You is a story of love, betrayal, and, yes, even tragedy.

The girl loved stories; That much was clear to Sarah Carpenter's dozy parents. When they trudged into the old house at precisely 4:15 every day, it wasn't uncommon to see a shapeless mass of blue blanket perched on the window seat, with two spidery pale hands poking out and barely, just barely hanging onto the cover of some long forgotten book. Sometimes it was a medieval text, basking in the attention of such an avid young reader, and other times, it might have been the jungle safari of a most recent author on a riveting adventure. However, more times than not, it was a small, red leather book with the oddest gold insignia and fancy lettering skating across the front cover like lovers on a cold winter day- a book whose name was "Labyrinth." Sarah Carpenter always knew life would be better in a book; magic, adventure, love, what more could one ask? It all changes, however, when she enters a mysterious cycle from which she may not be able to return home to... ****** A labyrinth sequel-ish thingy. You will not have had to have watched the movie (sheesh, is that sentence proper English?), you can read it and still be okay(as in, it will make sense). But still, the movie is good. Give it a try. The tale of Labyrinth (1986) is being told in a delightful twist for the readers who always yearned for just bit more from such a magical world. In this you my Gender non-conforming companion, are the unfortunate first (and possibly the only) runner to be subjected to Jareth's new remade game, to save your charges Sarah and her little brother Toby. Now Sarah has always been a bit of a difficult girl in terms of teenage rebellion, but just like you her imagination and wonder for the world are full drive, on one fateful night of watching over her and Toby. As requested by her parents to let Sarah practice for her play, a novel you've also come to learn, Sarah finds herself unable to bear with Toby's wails asking you to quiet him, as things get heated with trying to find common ground you find yourself uttering that dreadful phrase. Now faced with its consequences, you must get Sarah and Toby, to avoid being absolutely ripped a new one by their parents and of course gain the children's forgiveness for dragging them into such a wild world.

Years have passed since Sarah defeated the labyrinth and slowly the memories she made have faded away. However, on her 20th birthday Sarah's memories are restored as the goblin king appears before her, informing her not only is it her birthday, but their faded wedding day. (I am bad at summaries, my apologies for it)
