I was just a nurse trying to make it through life my own way. Why is it when I fell asleep in my own room, I woke up covered in grime? Also, why am I surrounded by characters from an Apocalyptic universe? It's easy to lose touch with characters through a TV screen. I am looking at them in the eye.

Carl hears Elyse gasp and looks to see what made her do that. He looks over and sees Rick standing there, Lori finally seeing him too. "Oh my god," Rick mumbles, obviously not preparing himself enough. Carl and Lori run over to Rick as fast as they can, "Dad! Dad!" Rick grabs Carl in his arms as he starts crying. He kisses Carl on the cheek and approaches Lori. He hugs them both. They let go for a second and look over to Elyse when Lori gestures for her to run over. What if another creature was introduced into the zombie apocaylse? After two years of struggling to survive, Rick and his group finally settle down in the prison. Everyone feels safer with the gates that put a distance between them and the walkers, hopeful that they had finally found a sanctuary that would allow them to forget the horrors that had taken the lives of their loved ones.
