I am reading this cool webtoon called "The greatest estate developer" and I saw that there were no ff so I decided to write one. I hope you guys enjoy it! (I am constantly re-reading the story and looking for mistakes but please forgive me if I miss some of them.)

The greatest estate developer is very underrated, so if you read it you are cool. English is not my first language, so don't be too hard on me (^-^) COMMENTS ARE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!!! !These are old one shots, keep that in mind. Some are very bad!

I honestly don't ship them realistically speaking, but GOD, I want a romantic relationship with their dynamiC Also, I've noticed how people portray them as sort of lovey-dovey, which I ain't singling out - Ship however you want after all. But...to me, Javier would be the BIGGEST hater (hates that he likes him), and Lloyd would be the BIGGEST dumbass.

-★ This is a webtoon x FEM!reader - -★ Basically in this story, YOU are the replacement for Lloyd. YOU will be the 'hooligan'. This story will follow the evens in the webtoon while also having my own input. Since this takes place in the older era and all(and also you're a woman), I have to change the beginning, introduction and dialogue. Otherwise, that is all. - 'The Greatest Estate Developer' is a great webtoon. I recommend it 10/10. As always, I do not own the webtoon.
