For as long as she could remember, Atlas King had been able to know things that were going to happen before they even did. But because Atlas knew everything, she also knew that Five Hargreeves wouldn't be an easy kill, and quick and efficient wouldn't be all that acceptable when she made it back to HQ with Number Five's head on a stick. For as long as he could remember, Number Five had always known everything, and when he didn't - he found out. But although he had heard of the Commission's weapon, he had never actually met her, and he definitely wasn't expecting this. The Commission is not A Playground. In Fact it can be more dangerous than working in a Diamond Mine where collapse is a daily occurrence. Safety at the 1957 Installation is not Paramount. Since The Handler rose through the ranks pre-assassinations she has enjoyed her little perks. Her big territories were being able to search The Timeline Seven Days a Week and Monitoring Twenty Four Hours A Day, Assigning Her Own Case Officers to All Her Operations in The Timeline and Using Her Own Rolodex of Five Star Assassins on Critical Changes on Deletions/Removals. Yes The Big Bitch knew how to consolidate her power, she even installed her own daughter child to handle her personal security, Tara. Trust me when I say that she is more deadly, sexual and focused than her mom. They even speak to each other in a snarky offbeat and impersonal way about life and death subjects. The Handler is singularly focused on obtaining a strange little fellow named Five Hargreeves to join the ranks of assassins in her retinue. Having failed miserably to recruit TWENTYFIVE HARGREEVES in NYC(his true older brother) during the 1970's; she found his little brother Five and he will do nicely in tidying up the Timeline. Five has a real artists gift for sensing subtle shifts past and future. The Handler knew Five is for shit at "the present" and Five can quickly deleting or killing several hundred individuals who are stopping up the Commissions plans to bring about the Desired Apocolypse in the right frame at the right time, surely in the right way....
