It has been 3 years after the final battle with herobrine. The group have been traveling around. The empire is no longer a huge threat and the demon was gone. However something was wrong. The silver lining they called it. Things can't always be good but they won't always be bad no matter how bad or good things get. When the scale tips one way, something happens to tip it the opposite way so things meet back in the middle. The silver lining.....

After the battle in the Magical Library, Drake, Mia and Grayson each go their separate ways in the world, and start to live lives on their own. One day, many years later, they find themselves face to face, but can they get over all that's happened, and be together again? Or is this truly the end of their companionship.... forever? It has been three months since Drake had respectfully parted ways from his comrades, and since his childhood friend had died. Meanwhile, a divine incarnate in another part of the world miles away has been seeking the answer to her identity for three years. He hears the call of the one who was once his brother-in-arms. She hears the beckoning of fate. Though the fates of these two individuals and their companions have started far apart, they now begin to head towards each other. And meanwhile, as fate beckons, a darkness festers, and soon, the world will know of HIM.

This story takes place after the three friends went they're separate ways going into the portals and after Armen's life force supposedly slipped away. Drake soon waking up in a new world alot like the past.... Drake needs to find his friends and meet new ones before a new enemy leaves the shadows of this new world....

(Please be aware this is very old, young me started this with no plans at all Made this back in 2014-16, I don't remember when but it's that those years) Drake has now already learn that he is Collin's last Humanity which Collin wanted to keep Armen safe from Herobrine, but it didn't work since Armen sacrifice himself. Right now Drake and his friends are now fighting against Armen to stop Herobrine and save his life. But something have change everything, including Drake's lives.(I'm not good at describing stories :P)

Is the battle truly over? The three enter their portals to see what awaits on the other side. Will danger lurk around or is peace finally here after so long. The Mage face plants into the dirt, the elf lands on her feet, the commander dropped above water. What happens next? Will new and old friends be seen along the way. The three begin the search for either their future or each other to reunite. Not aware that a battle for control will slowly take place. I do not own the cover image it belongs to its respective owner. I do not own the characters either. They belong to the admin chicken group. This is a fan fiction based off the haunted series that takes place after the magic library (episode 13 of the haunted) This is my first time writing so I'll see how it goes! Enjoy! Drake, on his way home, discovers that Armen is alive, and his sister, Viana, is in prison under the Emperor's clutches, and that her bff, Madison, has come back after years of hiding out in unknown territory. Grayson, setting off to find a resting place, finds his old friend, Luke, and on the way, they find a little girl who's parents got slaughtered by HIM and decided to take her with them. Mia, heading back to her village, has come across a direction leading her to a best friend, Lalea, and Mia's sister, Red Queen. But once they meet, the task isn't too simple. They need to hatch the Dragon egg, stop Herobrine, and find out the true past of Armen and Drake. During their mission, they have many adventures and encounter many hassles. The most struggle is that Herobrine lives on inside of Drake, and is spreading more each day.

Suddenly, four figures jump out of the portal. The three adventurers shrieked and backed even farther from the portal. The four on the ground groaned in pain. One of the four, a dark-haired man wearing glasses and a hoodie embroidered with a red question mark, got up and held his head. "Holy hell, that hurt like a-" He cut his sentence short, noticing the presence of the three as well as the others under him exclaiming at him to get off. Grayson and Mia have been captured by the empire. It's up to Drake to save them, by joining the enemy.

(A re-write of my first fanfiction ever. Credit to BellaDoodles for the cover and for helping me to write this) The events of the Magic Library ended in tragedy and bittersweet victory; Armen's body was destroyed, Drake and his friends were forced to separate once again, and the Library itself was lost as the mountain began to erupt. Mia returned to her archeology, believing her work could return her to her friends. Drake finally succumbed to grief over his now-revealed brother Grayson searched and searched for the Dragon Hatchery, but found that his actions against the Empire had unintended effects. 2 years pass, and our heroes find each other again, but they aren't all the same people they remember. With a new element thrown into the mix, and a deadly threat on the horizon, will they find that they have all changed for better... or worse?

30 years ago marked what has become known as the Tribulation, the day creatures scientists have dubbed "demons" had begun to show their faces to humanity. Present day, Armen Jackson, son of an infamous scientist, vows to get over his fear of these monsters but finds it difficult to do so as the death toll rises on a daily basis. One day Armen is introduced to project 'D9ak8', an artificial human-demon hybrid with the soul purpose to protecting the boy and fighting demons to keep the town of Ruby safe. Renaming the experiment 'Drake', Armen struggles to view Drake as an equal but soon realizes that only through him could he overcome his fear and bring his family closer together. However, as the town, along with others unwanted attention, begin to acknowledge the existence of this hybrid, the household and the integrity of Ruby are put on the line, all while Armen and his new comrades begin making discoveries that were meant to stay in the dark.
