She was doing her best. She kept up a strong front for as long as she could, but in her dream, a dark, greasy surroundings she is at right now, listening to his slow, regular breathing, and his pity state. She curls up facing the wall and lets the tears be absorbed into the textured fabric of the blanket. Breathing is the hard part to control. She doesn't want to sob, doesn't want to bother his sleeping figure. Heck as if he could see her. So she huddles into the blanket and keep as quiet as possibly she can. Seeing him in that state makes her want to hug him and tell him he's gonna get rescued, everything's gonna be okay, she can't quite contain one small hiccuping whimper. Then one more. There's a light touch on her shoulder, she tenses as she whipped her head back to him as he carefully sits down beside her. "Can..can you see me?" Her tone was soft and broken. The boy nods, his unkempt hair and dirty clothes, his dark bags under his eyes especially he grew skinny. She gives in, letting all her fear and misery take control. Her pride still won't make too much noise, but she buries her face at his shoulder, hugging him tightly as pools of tears drops continuously on her exhausted eyes. He rubs her back for comfort, letting a words slips in his mouth. "Stay strong for me, Y/N. Hurry and find me." Started : 11/30/22
