The year 2761, after the collapse, the Last City on Earth is only protected by the Traveler, and the Guardians. When the Darkness corners us from all angles, encasing us, closing in on us, morphing us. Evolving us...the only way to break away, is to shed our light upon the Dark, to make it glow. And we will survive, flourish, and expand our Light, to wash out the cervices and holes that have been filled with Darkness. We shall give Light, to extinguish the flames. We will no longer watch as we burn. We will burn Darkness with Light. If we will burn, let us burn with hope.

When Taliya helps unlikely heros one night with her newfound powers, she finds herself apart of a new superhero group. when they aren't fighting crime in the mean streets of Jump City, they are just trying to be normal teens. Cover by my good friend Xenni! Warning, this story does handle dark topics such as attempted suicide, death, mutilation, and other heavy topics. Also the writing style WILL have noticeable changes, some parts are very old, having been written YEARS ago, and I didn't want to rewrite entire chapters. Since this story was originally intended to be a short story the chapters will very depending on where I feel they need to be cut off due to spacing. Current description is a placeholder and is subject to change A boy, Sephil, who had lost his mother not long after he was born, was never given a kind life. he lived in a warring country, with a city underground, only having seen artificial sky's, as the war riddled land above was far too dangerous. although this city was experimental, as it lay next to an acidic pool, that killed anything that touched the crystal clear surface. what happens if, in an act of desperation, he jumps into these pools where no one is allowed? How will he handle the consequences and events to come?

Ashley Peterson: is most popular girl (and prettiest) in the ninth grade at Orange County Day Private School. (otherwise know as OCD) She's the alpha, and her betas are Ainslie, Kristen and Stephanie. Nothing can get in the way of Ashley's popularity, right? Ainslie Roberts: is Ashley's best friend too. She's part of their popular clique, and the third prettiest at OCD. (tied with Stephanie Winston) She's also obsessed with Ralph Lauren. Stephanie Winston: is poor. The Hive doesn't know, and they didn't know that her and Skye were besties. Steph is gonna be in deep trouble. Kristen Gregory: is the second most popular girl at OCD. She was voted second prettiest, too. (behind Ashley, of course) She hates being behind Ashley all the time. Skye Sailor: is the new girl. Moved here from a small town in Texas, so she has no experience in designer clothes or anything like that. Also Ashley's first victim of grade 9. Poor Skye.
