The events of the infection left the kingdom broken and scarred, one little bug brought the nightmare to an end but with a price. He leaves behind the bugs of hollownest with nothing but his broken remains. The bugs of hollownest including hornet try to deal with the loss of their friend and figuring out how to rebuild the kingdom of hollownest. This story is in hornets point of view. Might be some slight Hornet x grimm, or hornet x quirrel. Depending on where I go with this. Btw in this quirrel isn't deaddd I wanted to make this a universe where he's still alive WARNING: does have some cursing and maybe mature themes The amazing cover art is made by my amazing best friend X3. [This is based of the Sealed Siblings ending] After the radiance is defeated the Knight, the Grimm child, Hollow, and Hornet make the black egg temple their home. They've been living there for about a month, so the place isn't as empty as it was. Sence the Radiance and the Infection are now gone people have moved back into the scattered cities. Life has regrown and yer old buddy the stag has finally some friends. The Grimm troupe is still in Dirtmouth and is now preforming for its citizens. When he first reached the top of that dark Abyss, he was cast aside by the being that shone like a beacon in the darkness, his father, because he was not hollow. Unlike the others that fell back into that Abyss, he survived, and watched his father repeat the cycle until he escaped with a new name. Now taken in by The Grimm Troupe, he will return to that kingdom, to Hallownest one day, and upon his return, he will prove those that thought him worthless very wrong. (This is more than likely just platonic, or whatever you call it. Also, this takes place not long before the fight with the Hollow Knight and the Embrace the Void/Delicate Flower endings and sometime after the endings, and you are about as tall as Hornet, maybe a little shorter or a little taller, depends on what you feel. Not entirely sure on if Grimmchild actually grow up during the whole thing.) You are a bug of hallownest and you and the knight {who I (and by I, I mean you) will just be calling 'Little Ghost' or a name I decided to give them, 'Silent Knight', and for The Hollow Knight/Pure Vessel 'Paladin') have known each other for a while, despite the Silent Knight never actually speaking to you, and you have somehow learned a lot from the small vessel just from them mindlessly staring at you. You have also spent time and talked with Hornet, who you have learned that she was the knight's sibling, mainly from the shells they had on their heads. After some time, Little Ghost shows up again and this time, with someone you didn't know.

Once, deep in the kingdom of Hallownest, a great and moth beautiful higher being known as the Radiance ruled over the insects that lived beneath the earth. The queen offered the people unity, and therefore, eternal peace. But this came at the cost of the citizens free will. With the queen in power, and protected and worshiped by her own people, the Moth Tribe, no one seemed to have the power to oppose her supposed infinite rule. Then one day, another higher being arrived in the kingdom. A massive pale Wyrm with abilities that rivaled the Moth queen's saw the mindlessness of the people of Hallownest, and was enraged that someone with so much power would control those less fortunate than herself. To show his own will to save these poor insects, he laid to rest his god-like shell, and transformed into a bug, like the people of the nest. One by one, the Wyrm used his power to return the wills to the insects. As an act of revenge against his fellow higher being, he claimed to be their king and made the Moth queen's memory fade from their minds. Even the Moth Tribe found the new king preferable worship, forgetting their own queen. Outraged, the Radiance attempted to reclaim her throne from the Wyrm. However, with no one to protect her and no army to command, she was quickly defeated. The Wyrm's final act of revenge was killing the Radiance, and forever seal her memory away from Hallownest. But before he was able to destroy the queen's evil light, she cursed the kingdom with an Infection, one that used the will, mind, and voice against the host and those close to them. After the king became aware of this Infection, he became desperate to save his new kingdom from it. In a desperate attempt to stop it, he began trying to create a Vessel to contain the light of the Infection, one with no will, mind, or voice for the Infection to corrupt. For this, he was forced to use something born of God and Void. His own children.

The history of Hallownest is unravelled. Long before the kingdom, the caverns pulsed with the dreams and fevers of ancient gods. This is the story of that primal world, and the pale arrival that changed it forever. All credit for the lore and world of Hollow Knight goes to Team Cherry. This is a work of fanfiction exploring the world they built.

Three new creatures have arrived at the SCP Foundation, but they aren't exactly cooperating during interviews, so it's up to the Watch and Jacobs to figure just who and what they are.

The two gods had come to an agreement, a treaty in which the two shall rule Hollownest. Ruling together under one kingdom yet remaining in their own palaces. The surviving vessels have been taken under the care of the Pale King and the White Lady, raising them as their own. - You, the reader, work alongside The Radiance as her loyal servant. However you were not forced into such a role, oh no. Preferably, a few moons back your Lorde had proposed that you aid her in her reign. Never before have you been any happier.

Contains spoilers! Hollow Knight is owned by Team Cherry What if The Shade Lord was their own being and didn't have Ghost as their vessel? What if they had awoken much earlier and took the small knight under their wing to train them to save their sibling high above? What if The Radiance wasn't at fault? What if both Gods worked together to stop the true cause of the infection.

You lived a normal life in your kingdom. At least, as normal as you could live, considering you were the Princess of Xypheir, a kingdom of its own renown. One day, the King you learned to call The Pale King offered your parents a deal. A promise, one they couldn't refuse. Next thing you know, you're being sent away to the great Kingdom of Hallownest, where you're supposed to both train and marry the Pale King's child, the training as the Pale King's end of the deal, marrying as your parents' agreement. At first, you couldn't help but feel rage, but then you discover that his child is a vessel, born to take on an infection that found Hallownest. So everything will alright, right? You won't have to deal with him for long, and it will be okay, because it's not like you would form a bond with him... Right? Even when they took their hand away, they did not let go of the umbrella, nor did they move at all. Ari laughed softly. "Lift it above your head! Do you not know how to use an umbrella?"
