His story is different to what you know. Wanting adventure from a young age, he ran from his family. He later investigated a local tale of a haunted mansion. Four years later, and he is different. He had become one of the very things he ran from. But his goals never changed. With the help of HER, he will build a team of creatures similar to him, and he will complete his goal of stopping the spread of evil. His one problem is that no one can see, hear or even interact with him. So for now, it seems that it is just Jaune and HER against all odds. But soon things will change. Jaune will meet a mortal who can see him. Credit to the original owners of Spooky's Mansion and RWBY. This story is a Parody! I haven't seen many Spooky crossover so "Why Not?"

The world around Emmerson Avner has been darkening his entire life; in fact it has been darkening for hundreds of years. He knows that the war between angels and demons continues to sway in the direction of the demonic hordes and the darkness from which they came. But the reason for this tipping of the scales is beyond his understanding for now. Emmerson is the son of a brilliant and kind archaeologist and an admired public speaker and whose father unknowingly carries the Wrath of God inside him. An angel created in secret to keep Satan in check; aptly named Apocrophos for its obscure and clandestine nature. With some of the heaven’s most powerful angels being cast out including Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Lucifer, the hunt is on to find the keeper of the Apocrophos, in an attempt to strip it from its host and use its power to strike back against God for banishing them from the heavens they once fought for and protected. Emmerson’s father finds ancient artifacts not originating from the earth and discovering Emmerson’s innate ability to decipher the complex languages found on the artifacts. Speaking of the darkness they are now enduring, the artifacts provide clues to weapons left behind by the ancient alien species to combat the darkness. While the angels hunt for the keeper of The Apocrophos, Emmerson and his father must act quickly to find the hidden weapons meant to protect them from the coming darkness. This journey is the beginning of an elaborate series of events that, forces greater than Emmerson are trying to manipulate, forcing Emmerson to make choices in the future that will ultimately decide the fate of the Earth.
