He'd just spent the last twenty minutes trying to convince a kid to join his team, and before he'd even signed the papers he was trying to cut a deal with him. Wymack threw a quick glance over to Neil's soon-to-be former coach, all he got in response though, was a light shrug as his brain struggled to catch up to what was happening. "Well..." It was Wednesday and Kevin woke up and he had a headache and his body felt heavy and he immediately knew from that it would be a bad day He wanted to sleep in and not want to go to morning practice which was the first he have ever felt But since he didnt want other to worry and he doubted anyone would even care if he was sick or not he had forgotten that Andrew and Neil can easily read through him and can tell when something is wrong with people.

aspen henderson has played exy ever since she could walk, and was always the best on her teams. the girl lived and breathed the sport, her mother being her biggest role model. aspen's mother played for the trojans in college and right after went pro and even made it to the olympics, her team taking home silver. aspen's father however has always seen the sport as a waste of time. he was constantly worried his wife or daughter would get hurt playing. when aspen was 15 her mother was killed in an accident on her way to a game, her father of course blamed the sport for her mother's death, forbidding aspen from ever touching a stick again. he even went as far as breaking apsen's arm in the middle of her junior year season. she feared she would never get signed for a college team or even possibly never play again. she played in her team's last game of the season of her senior year but was nowhere near her best, the team won but no thanks to her. she watched as her friends were approached by college coaches and handed business cards. aspen just wanted to come home, until a tall man stopped her, and next to him was a small boy with ginger hair and a bright orange hoodie with the words: palmetto state foxes.

A/N: After two weeks of unhealthy obsession, I've decided to write a fanfic for the first time in my life. This is The King's Men by Nora Sakavic (third installment of the All For the Game trilogy) but from Andrew's point of view instead of Neil's. I'm using the novel and Nora's extra tumblr content to try and be as realistic as possible. Can't guarantee I won't stray a bit, though. I've also taken a couple cues from naj10ajm03 on Archive. Obviously, if you haven't read all three of the books, this won't make any sense. But I hope you like it! All rights to the characters and stuff go to Nora Sakavic.

Neil is learning Korean because of a friend, Andrew doesn't like this and decided to pick up a dangerous sport because of it.
