THE FIRST BOOK OF THE LARK SERIES No one knows the secrets of Phoenix. Except for Dom, who is telling Ketya way more than he should about the things he knows. Ketya Four Twenty Four grew up in Zone Four. The Zones don't know anything about Phoenix, except that it's better than anything in the Zones. It's where everyone wants to be, where everyone wants to belong. Except that Ketya doesn't belong. Dom has warned Ketya about the dangers of not conforming to Phoenix's ideals. But it might be too late for Ketya who is already being watched. A mysterious man with dark eyes is following her, stalking after her and giving her cryptic warnings about the darkness of Phoenix's intentions. In a city where nothing is as it was promised, Ketya doesn't know who to trust. This is a modern day AU of the Larks, plus my two OC'S. They live in a Neighborhood Called MeadowLark(wink wink) where they always go on adventures. The Lark are 3 years older than they are cannon. No angst lolz just fun and games.

Her way of escaping was to jump into a rushing river, praying to a god to help her survive. When she woke up, someone threw a stick at her, thinking she was a dead body. After that messed up meeting, Chappel and Rosalie become best friends. Time passes fast, soon enough they meet people in a group named "the Lark," performers who worshiped the Harkers, almighty gods. Soon enough, they all become friends and secrets are spilled about every one of them.
