No one knows that Dorothy came back to the land of Oz and went power crazy after getting a taste of real magic. Dorothy became a horrible tyrant in the land of Oz. Everything was fine until one day a tornado brought a little Tennessee girl named Tanner Montgomery. Tanner is immediately attracted to Dorothy, who doesn't wear the signature dress anymore, but one that shows a lot more skin. Dorothy doesn't know how to react to this kind of attention, and she likes it so she hides her evil deeds to Oz from the Southern girl. Will Tanner be able to change Dorothy, or will things end badly?
