Katerina "Kat" Pevensie is the youngest of her siblings. She was only six years old when she and her siblings had to leave London to keep safe from the London Blitz in WWII. They were sent to a mansion in the countryside to live and there, her older sister Lucy made an incredible discovery: there was a whole other world in the upstairs wardrobe. Narnia. That was the name of this other world. In this other world there was a prophecy that two sons of Adam and two daughter of Eve would save them from the usurper Jadis the White Witch. It was boring living with my aunt,having to wait for the war to be over so I go home. My aunt works and lives with Professor Kirke,she doesn't like me very much. It's so boring until 4 siblings come and stay at the professor's too. And I may or may not fancy one of them. Slowly, she folded the letter from her sister. Her mind overflowed with thoughts and her blood burdened with envy. She was conflicted with mixed emotions. She knew she had left an effect on Caspian but she hadn't realised it had been so strong; She also knew he had left an effect on her; Occasionally, he'd appeared in her dreams. Though mental illness isn't what this story revolves around, the act of suicide and depressive thoughts are intertwined with the plot and act as 'backseat drivers' to the novel.
